I had this wonderful salad at a restaurant in Portland, Oregon called
Avalone. The serve the most wonderful salad of endive, baby lettuces,
grilled pear and CRANBERRY VINEGARETTE. Does anybody have a recipe
or can you suggest how to make the Cranberry Vinegarette? Help! I'm
desperate this is so light and delicious.
