Spray a crock pot with Pam. Place in it a 3 pound boneless rump roast, the leanest you can find. On top of the roast, put cut-up carrots, onions and potatoes. Make a mixture of two cans of Cream of Muchroom soup and two envelopes of Lipton's dry Onion Soup. After thoroughly mixing these four items tigether, pour them over the roast and veggies. Cook all day on high. This roast will be very tender and fall apart, and you will have your gravy already made! Enjoy. |
