: I'm looking for the recipe for meatball stroganoff that was once on the back of the Minute Rice box (quite a while ago). The Kraft web site can't find it. If anyone may have a copy of this, or of another of this recipe, I would greatly appreciate it.

This is closed if not the one---
1/4/ cup butter
1/2/ cup minced onion
1 clove garlic minced
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 T. all- purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4/ tsp pepper
1/4/ tsp paprika
1 10 1/2/ can condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
chopped parsley, chives, or dill for garnish
rice
In 12" skillet over med-high heat cook onion and garlic until tender, about 3 min. Stir in mushrooms, flour, salt, pepper and paprika; cook stirring often approximately 5 min.
Stir in undiluted soup; heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low and simmer 10 min to blend flavors. Stir in sour cream and heat (do not boil) add meatballs, cook additional 5 min. Serve on hot rice
