MAID RITES
3 lbs. extra lean ground beef
1 can chicken gumbo soup
1 T. mustard
1 T. dehydrated onion
1/2 c. catsup
salt & pepper to taste
Put all in big skillet and simmer 1/2 hour or until meat is cooked.
Skim grease off top (if there is any). Put on hamburger buns.
This is not from a restaurant, but is from my mother's recipe file
from the 1970's. It was served by the band booster club at football
and baskbetball games in the 1970's. Enjoy!!
