Love the ice creams flavored with bourbon, rum, cordials, etc.
Also, sorbets, especially using wines such as zinfandel. Does anyone
have some basic recipes for alcoholic (no, I'm not one) frozen
desserts? In fact, would like to find web sites, if any, devoted
specifically to desserts, cakes, pies, pastry, etc. containing alcoholic
beverages.
