Hi...I had some standout leftovers the other day...pasta with a marscapone vodka sauce from Rosebud in Chicago. It was a red sauce on little twirly pasta. Does anyone know what I am talking about? It was excellent. Will share a polenta recipe with you (yes, a bounty!)
