TROPICAL CREAM CAKE

1 (8 oz.) can cream of coconut
1 c. sour cream
1 white cake mix
1/4 c. oil
1 small can crushed pineapple 3 eggs

Mix all together in a large bowl Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch cake pan for 35 to 40 minutes in 350 degrees oven. Cool. Good with cream cheese frosting.

1 pkg. Betty Crocker yellow cake mix (super moist)
1/2 c. coconut
1 small can cream of coconut whipped topping

Mix according to directions on package. Take from oven. Using a straw punch holes in cake and pour 1 small can cream of coconut over cake. Cool, ice with Cool Whip. Top with coconut.
