CREAM CHEESE FRUIT SALAD
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pt. strawberries, drained
1 c. pecans
1/4 lb. marshmallows, cut up
1 c. mayonnaise
Mix all of the above ingredients together. Whip 1/2 pint whipping cream and add it to the above. Keep in refrigerator.


GRANDMA'S FRUIT SALAD
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can crushed pineapple
3 1/2 oz. box vanilla instant pudding
1 can mandarin oranges
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. colored marshmallows
2 bananas
Mix fruit, cocktail and pineapple with the juices. Then mix in the pudding and let thicken for 10 minutes. Drain oranges and add, then add Cool Whip and marshmallows. Chill 2 hours and add bananas before serving.


MAW MAW'S HOLIDAY FRUIT SALAD
2 cans mandarin oranges
1 lg. can pineapple chunks
1 lg. bag miniature marshmallows
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 sm. carton sour cream
Mix cream cheese and sour cream together on low speed. Add marshmallows. Fold in drained mandarin oranges and pineapple chunks. Refrigerate. This salad should be made one day before serving.


FROZEN FRUIT SALAD WITH GOLDEN DRESSING
--SALAD:--
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. can Bing cherries
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3/4 c. marshmallows, quartered
3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 banana
1 pt. whipping cream
--DRESSING:--
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/2 c. juice from drained fruit
3 lg. eggs
2/3 c. sugar
Soften cream cheese. Drain fruits, but reserve juices. Heat all liquids in a double boiler. Add sugar and well beaten eggs. Cook until spoon is coated. Remove to a dish of cold water and beat a few minutes. Mix cream cheese with mayonnaise and half the Golden Dressing. Combine with fruit and fold in stiffly beaten whipped cream. Freeze. Serve with remaining dressing.


FRUIT SALAD WITH BOILED DRESSING
24 lg. marshmallows, cut in fourths
2 juicy apples
1 lg. can pineapple
6 oranges
DRESSING:
1 tbsp. margarine
2 tbsp. sugar
2 eggs
Dash of salt
2 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 pt. whipping cream
Cut fruit and marshmallows in small pieces and chill. DRESSING: Beat eggs; add pineapple juice, sugar, salt and margarine. Cook in double boiler until thick. Cool. Fold in whipped cream and mix with the fruit.


FRUIT SALAD WITH DRESSING
2 oranges, diced
3 bananas, diced
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 apples, diced
8 marshmallows, diced
1 lg. bottle cherries, drained
(maraschino
)DRESSING:
1 egg
1/3 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
Juice from pineapple & cherries
Mix all fruits and marshmallows together. DRESSING: Cook in double boiler, stirring constantly until thick. Let cool. Add to fruit mixture. Chill. Will not lose color for several days.
