3-4 # fryer, cut up salt pepper paprika garlic powder 2-3 T mayonaise 2 t mustard, with horseradish in it 2 eggs all purpose flour to coat fryer Season fryer well with seasonings, add mayo, mustard, & beat up eggs, let marinade for a while, (about an hour, makes chicken very moist & tender).Coat fryer with flour and fry in some canola oil (about 1-2 inches deep) until brown and crisp on both sides. Make sure oil is hot enough, but not to the burning stage, you can lower the heat a little after the turn of your chicken pieces. Enjoy, this is superb eating on Sunday's down here in the south.
