I had a wonderful orange chiffon/mousse-like dessert at the Hometown Buffet in Redding California about 6 mo. ago. It was sugarfree and had a shortbread-like bottom crust and was it great. My Mom is diabetic and boy did I try real hard to get that recipe. But to no avail. I couldn't weasel or bribe it out of them. Can anyone help me? I know my Mom would love it. thanks
