RASPBERRY MUFFINS
2 1/4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg, beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. fresh raspberries
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix dry ingredients together in
medium bowl. In small bowl, blend egg, milk and butter. Add
to dry ingredients and mix just until lumpy. Add raspberries,
stirring gently. Do not overmix. Spoon into greased muffin
tins.
