CUCUMBER DIP

1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 large peeled cucumber
1 1/2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
4 good dashes garlic salt

Grate peeled cucumber. Mix all ingredients. Keeps
several weeks in refrigerator. The color is pale green and may
be used for open faced sandwiches.
