Attended a dinner party last evening and this was served with pasta and salad!!!!!

1 (1-pound) loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
1 egg, beaten
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
2 c. (8 oz.) mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 t. dried whole oregano
1 egg, beaten

Allow thawed dough to rise according to pkg instructions. Roll dough out on a lightly floured surface to a 15x12" rectangle.

Combine 1 egg and Parmesan cheese, stirring well; spread dough with egg mixture, leaving a 1/2" margin at edges. Layer with pepperoni and mozzarella cheese; sprinkle with oregano. Fold each side of dough over cheese; press to seal sides and ends. Lay loaf on a lightly greased baking sheet, seam side down. Brush top with beaaten egg. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Cut into slices to serve.

Yield: 4 servings
