Hi, everybody, had a lot of ripe peaches, so I produced nice peach chutney (with raisins, a rather sour-sweet one), and now I want to try it with a kind of indian rice (maybe with saffron, not curry, or so?) and some quickly grilled meat as a nice dinner for my husband and myself. Does anybody have ideas? Which kind of meat is best, and any recipes for the rice??? I count on all of you? Besides, I looooove this site!!! Bye and thanks Martina |
