I had a really great Buffalo Chicken Salad yesterday. I know that Catalina Dressing is the dressing that is used to top the salad (I have a recipe for it) but I would like to know how to make Catalina Dressing if anyone has a recipe for it. I want to make a Buffalo Chicken Salad next weekend and see if I can approximate the taste and texture. Please help. Thanks.
