We grow more Turkey in our county than another county in this state.
This is the sauce we use and it is good!

Marinated Turkey Sauce

2 cups lemon lime carbonated beverage
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon of garlic powder

Using a whole turkey breast, remove all skin and bone. Cut into pieces about the size of your hand. Refrigerate turkey in mixed together sauce. If you want to save some sauce for serving with the turkey filet, withhold a 1/2 cup of the sauce and use when the turkey is served. (Do not use marinading sauce as after the turkey is cooked. ) Marinade at least 8 hours but not more than 48 hours. (The longer it marinates, the less cooking time it takes. To cook on grill, use low heat for 10 minutes on one side, turn and cook 10 minutes more, when meat is white all the way through, it is done. Remove from grill and serve immediately.

This is good if you wish to stir-fry the turkey.

Good luck
