1 can artichoke hearts, cut up 1/2 c. black olives, sliced 1/2 lb. salami, cut up 1 can mushrooms, cut up 1/4 to 1/2 c. olive oil 1 Tbsp. wine vinegar 2 cloves garlic 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 4 Tbsp. lemon juice Add all ingredients to 1 pound cooked spaghetti. Before adding all the ingredients to the spaghetti, it is very important to let it marinate several hours or prefera- bly overnight. Then, just toss the cooked spaghetti in and you have a wonderful summer salad!
