Help! I am new to these boards, so I apologize if you've covered this before...
My garden has grown an unusual amount of zucchini this year...I make the Z-bread and also saute it with onions, g.peppers and tomatos etc. but what else can I do? Should I freeze it? How? I have no canning experience (yet). So far friends and neighbors have welcomed my bounty but I know that will end soon. Thanks!
