I was just in the notes from this past Saturday's chat and there was a recipe for Cuban Bread. Here it is:

Cuban Bread

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
5 1/2 cups flour
2 packages dry yeast
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoons sugar
2 cups hot water
sesame seeds
cornmeal

Mix all in food processor. Let rise. Form into round loaves or baguttes. Score with sharp
knife. Brush with water and sprinkle with seeds. Place in cold oven with a pan of hot water
underneath. Bake at 400* for 45-50 minutes.
