I was recently given a great recipe. Wanted to share it with all of you - since you have provided me with so many greats.
This recipe was easy to make - only took about 30 mins. to prepare, and 15 mins to bake.

Lasagna Pie
Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method
-------- ------------ --------------------------------
2 pkg croissant rolls
2 lb ground beef
1 onion -- diced
6 oz tomato paste
1 med ricotta cheese
2 eggs
2 c mozzarella cheese -- grated
1/4 c parmesan cheese
Dice onion. Brown meat in skillet, add onion, and season to taste. Drain. Return to skillet and add tomato paste. Mix well. Remove from heat and set aside.
In medium bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, and parmesan cheese. Set aside.
On cookie sheet, unroll 1 package of crescent rolls - laying flat and making a solid layer of rolls. Using half of meat mixture, spread over roll layer - using half of cheese mixture, spread over meat layer - add 1/2 of mozzerella. Continue process using remainder of ingredients.
Top with second package of rolls - pinch sides closed.
Bake at 350 until rolls are golden brown.
NOTES: I added 3 Tbsp of Old El Paso's Jalapeno/Tomato Relish to Tomato Paste.
Cottage Cheese can be used, according to preference.
I used a 4 cheese mixture of mozzarella, provolone w/ smoke flavor, romano, and parmesan.
Also, I ended up just making one layer of each item - still worked wonderfully.
