Does anyone know of a recipe that has tarragon, zucchini and carrots in it? I tasted this once, and have been trying to recreate it ever since. I just can't get it right, either I have too much or too little of something and it comes out soggy and/or bitter. All know is that has these 3 ingredients in it (that's all I could see and/or taste). It was served in a gourmet restaurant as a vegetable side dish. Could someone help? Thanks very much....... |
