Here's the recipe and I believe I got it off the Kitchen Link somewhere so you may find it in here yourself under someone else's name. I got it because it will be easy and fun for children to help with. It isn't my own recipe, though.

Vanilla Pudding Cookies

1 pkg. (4 serving size) Jello Vanilla Instant Pudding & Pie Filling
(I think you could use any flavor)
1 cup buttermilk baking mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 egg

Mix pudding mix and baking mix in large bowl. Stir in oil and egg with wooden spoon until dough forms a ball. Shape dough into small balls about 1/2 inch in diameter; place on ungreased cookie sheets; flatten with the bottom of a drinking glass. Sprinkle with sugar. Colored sugar will make them prettier and more fun, too. Bake at 350 for 5 to 8 minutes. Makes 36 cookies. We make faces on each cookie with M&Ms or candy corn sometimes and it should work on these, too. Have fun!
