Melba, I also wanted to use sundried tomatoes, a friend gave me this idea. Cook a 1 lb. box of Mostaccoli noodles and drain. In a large skillet heat 2 Tbsp. olive oil, 1 or 2 crushed garlic cloves, fresh or dried basil to taste. Rehydrate tomatoes in hot water for about 10 min. and add to skillet. toss in pasta and stir until heated through. Add about 3/4 cup of your favorite sauce and parmesan cheese and it makes a great meatless dish loaded with flavor.
