Easy Chicken Lasagna This one is really easy and good! Pretty healthy too.
4-6 boneless chicken breasts 1 pkg medium egg noodles, uncooked 1 jar prepared spaghetti sauce Mozzarella or Monterey Jack Cheese
Spray a 9x13 pan with Pam. In a single layer place the egg noodles. Season chicken breasts according to taste. (I usually add some Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, etc.) Pour the spaghetti sauce over the chicken and noodles. Pour about 3/4 jar of water into spaghetti jar. Pour around edges to get water on the noodles. This is usually done by sight. Make sure there is enough water but not too much. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover with foil bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees, remove foil bake an additional 15 minutes. Serve with garlic bread and salad!
