PEACH POPSICLE 2 fresh ripe peaches, pitted 1 c. heavy cream 2 sugar substitutes Sm. Dixie cups Popsicle sticks NOTE: Substitute 1 small can peaches, drained. Peel the peaches and place in a blender. Blend until smooth; add the cream and sugar substitutes; blend. Pour into Dixie cups 3/4 full. Cut a small slit in another cup and place on top of the popsicle; insert the stick and freeze. BANANA-ORANGE JUICE POPSICLE 1 c. orange juice 3 bananas 2 tbsp. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice Mix in blender and put in paper cups or popsicle containers with sticks. Freeze. Yogurt is good in this too.
CHILD'S DELIGHT POPSICLE 1 pkg. Jello 1 pkg. Kool-Aid 1 c. sugar 2 c. boiling water 2 c. cold water
YOGURT POPSICLE 1 c. fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced 2 c. plain yogurt 1/4 c. honey 6 (6 oz.) waxed paper cups 6 wooden sticks Combine strawberries, yogurt and honey in a medium-size bowl. Put into 6-ounce paper cups and freeze for 20 minutes. Add sticks and freeze until firm. Peel off paper cup before eating. Makes 6 popsicles.
POPSICLE 3 oz. Jello 1 1/2 c. boiling water 3 1/2 c. cold water 1 pkg. unsweetened Kool-Aid 1 c. sugar 1 more cup water 3 oz. Dixie cups Mix in pitcher: 3 ounces of Jello and 1 1/2 cups boiling water until completely dissolved. Add 3 1/2 cups cold water, 1 package of unsweetened Kool-Aid, 1 cup sugar, thoroughly dissolve. Then add 1 more cup of water. Put 3/4 full in 3 ounce Dixie cups. Add apple stick to each one. Freeze all in pans for 2 hours. Check stick to be sure its upright. Freeze overnight. Peel off cup and enjoy.
PURPLE COW POPSICLE 1 c. milk 3/4 c. grape juice 1/4 c. sugar 1/4 c. lemon juice Whisk above ingredients, pour into molds and freeze.
