SALSA CORNMEAL BREAD

Wonderful cornmeal with just a hint of the hot and spicy salsa. Serve with any Mexican meal.

milk 2/3 CUP 1 cup 1 1/3 cups
salsa 2 1/2 tbs. 1/4 cup 5 tbs.
margarine/butter 1 1/4 tbs. 2 tbs. 2 1/2 tbs.
egg 1/ 2 1 1 1/2

sugar 2 tsp. 1 tbs. 1 1/3 tbs.
salt 2/3 tsp. 1 tsp. 1 1/3 tsp.
yellow cornmeal 2/3 cup 1 cup 1 1/3 cups
bread flour 1 1/3 cups 2 cups 2 2/3 cups
yeast 1 tsp. 1 1/2 tsp. 2 1/2 tsp.
