I was in a restaurant in Gahanna, Ohio that served a a pasta dish with fettucini, salmon and spinach with a tomatoy like sauce. It was wonderful -- I wish I had asked them for the recipe.

Unfortunately I live in Kuwait and was visiting my children in Ohio at the
time.
