Antipasto Express's Tuna Ziti Salad
1 pound ziti
4 ribs clery,diced
1/2 cup sweet relish
16 ounces Hellman's mayonaise
3-6 1/2 ounce cans white, water packed tuna, drained and flaked well
1-3.25 ounce can black olives,drained
2 firm, ripe tomatoes, cut in bite sized pieces
Cook ziti,drain, rinse and chill.
Mix celery,tuna,relish and mayonaise. Fold in ziti,tomatoes and olives. Serve on a bed of shredded lettuce.
