1 Chicken, cut up, or 1 lb. Cut-up Fryer 1/2 Onion, thinly sliced 1/2 lb. Fresh Mushrooms, thinly sliced Minced Garlic Italian Seasoning 1 Cup Plain Yogurt 1/2 Teaspoon Tumeric 1 Jar Favorite Spaghetti Sauce Spaghetti Noodles You can choose one of two methods. Method 1 is to put everything, except the spaghetti noodles into a crockpot. Turn in on low. Leave for the day. Come home, and cook spaghetti noodles. Mix the Different Chicken mixture, and spoon over spaghetti noodles. Top with Parmesan cheese. Method 2 Place everything, except the yogurt and spaghetti noodles into a deep skillet, or pan. Turn on medium. Turn to low when it starts to bubble. Stir in the yogurt. Cover and let simmer for 45 minutes. Cook noodles and serve as above. I did not add the amount of spices because I like a lot of spices. Some may prefer it a little milder. Everyone loves it the second day. Good for church potlucks.
