Hi Kathy, Here's a cornstarch trick when using yogurt in hot dishes,
add 1 tsp. cornstarch for every cup of yogurt to keep it from separating
on heating. If you are ever out of yogurt and in a hurry, blend 1 cup
nonfat cottage cheese and 1 tbls of lemon juice with 2tbls of skim milk.
Try the cornstarch trick when using nonfat cream cheese also. lynda
