Hi Elana, I would be interested in the recipe for this, I love recipes
relating to this type of food; low fat.
Also you could try cooking your chicken, breast side down, as the juices
would gather there. I would cook it at 375 degrees for about 1 hr and 15min.
(for a 3 pound chicken.) Probably more if it were stuffed. During the last
15 minutes, turn it breast side up and it will brown nicely. Hope this
