Buddy, I am a Wilton Instructor and always recommend Duncan Hines as the preferred choice. I've tried them all, and by far, Duncan Hines gives your a higher rising, moister cake. Did you know that generic mixes give you less batter than the name brand products? Also, a cake mix can generate anywhere from 4 to 6 cups of batter, so make sure you measure your batter before filling the pan. Check to see how much batter that pan takes by filling it halfway with water, and measure how much water it takes. Wonderful flavors to try : French Vanilla, Swiss Chocolate, and Chocolate Mocha...enjoy!!!
