I attempted to make bagels and after boiling them, when placed
on the pan, they just shriveled up. While I was boiling them I
did notice that they were looking a little gooey on one side. I
boiled them for about 4 minutes, as my recipe stated I should. Betsy
suggested that the water might not have been hot enough. Then Velma
thought it may've been too hot...Any other ideas or tips?
