I used to work next door to an Au Bain Pan (spelling?) restaurant. They made the most wonderful iced coffee drink called a Mocha Blast. I would love the recipe for it. I haven't been in Manhattan in two years since my son was born and I don't see going back in the forseeable future. Can anybody help? I've been dying for one of them and all the coffee drinks in the coffee places near me don't make anything in comparison. I know it had espresso, chocolate syrup, ice and milk but in what combination and measured amounts? Help!!!
