I am looking for a recipe for Irish Potoates, a candy which is quite popular here in the mid-atlantic, especially around St. Patrick's day. The are like a coconut buttercream, rolled in pure cinnamon. My husband adores them, and I'd rather make them than pay $10 a pound at the local confectioners.
