Looking for any cheese cake recipes that are out there! (Not literally, a few good ones though would be nice....) Have done the search thing with TKL and gotten a few there, but still would like more choices.....

Have a special b'day request for one for this weekend and I've never made one from "scratch".... Bought the pan, now what? (Request was for cheese cake with Cherry or Strawberry topping.....)

Any help or helpful hints will be greatly appreciated!!!!! Trying not to panic..... :-0
