BAKED POTATO SOUP 2/3 cup butter 2/3 cup flour 7 cups milk 4 large baking potatoes, baked, cooled, peeled and cubed (4 cups) 4 green onions, sliced 12 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled 1 1/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 1 cup (8 ounce) sour cream 3/4 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper In soup pot, melt butter. Add flour, stir until smooth. Add milk. Stir until thickened. Add potatoes and onions. Bring to boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat. Simmer 10 minutes. Add rest of ingredients and stir until cheese is melted. Serve at once.
