Sheryl, This is the recipe I use when I entertain. Hope you enjoy it! 1 head garlic 1 T. olive oil Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Slice off enough of pointed end of garlic bulb so that each clove is slightly exposed. Place on a piece of aluminum foil and drizzle olive oil over the garlic. Roast in oven for 20-30 minutes or until garlic is very tender and soft. Serve as a spread with French bread or mash into a paste and stir into a favorite sauce.
