Molasses Coconut Cookies

3 cups sifted flour
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup Crisco shortening
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup molasses
1 cup coconut

Sift together flour, soda and salt. In seperate bowl, blend together shortening and sugar; add eggs and molasses. Beat well. Blend in dry ingrediends and mix well. Add coconut.
Drop by rounded tsp. 2" apart on greased cookie sheets.
Bake 350ƒ for 7 to 8 minutes. Cool slightly and remove to rack to cool completely.
