Stuffed French Toast
10 slices Pepperidge Farm Bread (cut into small cubes) 1 8-oz. pkg. cream cheese (cut into cubes) 1/3 c. maple syrup 2 c. milk or half & half 10 eggs Take 1/2 of bread cubes & line bottom of a 9 x 13 pan (greased). Next, layer the cubed cream cheese on top of this & then place the remainder of the bread cubes on top of the cream cheese. Using electric mixer, beat milk, eggs, & syrup. Pour this mixture over the bread and lightly push down. Set overnight. Bake in a 350 deg. oven for 1 hour. Serve with syrup. |
