For Vegetable cream cheese I take dehydraded soup greens (you can get them in the spice section or the soup section at the grocery) or Knorr veg soup mix. Use about 2 TB and rehydrate in a little water for about 15 min. Mix with 8oz of cream cheese in the mixer, I like mine really whipped so I use the whisk attachment. Everyone raves and asks which bagel shop did I get this at.
