Here''s a few I enjoy when I'm by myself. I usually keep a jar of each ready when I need a quick lunch or I'm eating alone; my husband doesn't like low-fat.

MAYO, SOUR CREAM

1/6 cup non-fat mayo
1/8 cup nonfat sour cream
1/4 tsp celery salt
Dash garlic salt, pepper to taste

Mix well and refrigerate to blend flavors.

SESAME DRESSING

1/8 cup chicken broth
1 1/2/ T rice or white wine vinegar
1 1/2/ T soy sauce with garlic or without garlic
1/2 T peanut oil
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 T. sesame seeds toasted

Combine broth, vinegar, soy sauce and oils in small jar with lid; shake well. Pour over salad and garnish with sesame seeds.

LEMONY APPLE BRAN

1/4 cup plain lw-fat yogurt
1/2 T. chopped parsley
1/2 tsp. sugar
1/2/ tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 cup All-Bran cereal

Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate to blend flavors, serve on lettuce and garnish with cereal.

SALSA AND SOUR CREAM

1/8 salsa
1/4 cup non fat sour cream
1/8 cup green onions, chopped
1/2 tsp. cilantro chopped

Mix all ingredients and refrigerte to blend flavors.

ORIENTAL MANDARIN

1/8 cup orange juice
1/2 T natural honey
1/2 tsp grated orange peel
1/2 tsp lite soy sauce

Place in small jar, shake and refrigerate until ready to use. Shake well before using.
