Hi Sandy!
I have a good recipe that can me made either dairy
or vegan. Good luck!

1 cup soy (unsweetened) , rice, or dairy milk
1 frozen banana (peeled and cut into chunks before
frozen)
6 dates (Medjool variety are best)
1 tablespoon of maple syrup or other sweetener
dash of nutmeg and cinnamon (optional)

Place soy milk in blender and at medium speed, add dates, one at a time until the dates
are completely pulverized. Add frozen banana chunks, one at a time until you achieve
the consistency you like. Add maple syrup and spices. Serve immediately!

I like to pour this into a bowl, freeze it slightly, and eat it with a spoon. Yum!!!!

Serves: 1 - 2

Preparation time: 5 mins.
