This is from my mother is Oregon..No exact measurements, just by taste.

Large can Van de Kamps Pork -n- beans
one onion chopped
ketchup
mustard-just alittle
brown sugar
Remember make to your taste. These are really great.

I baked mine in the microwave on high for aprox. 15-20 minutes.
