Dianne, tried to email you but wasn't successful. Hope you read this: what I am really looking for is a recipe for individual meat pies. In Brazil they are called "esfirras". They are shaped like a triangle with a spicy meat filling and the dough is very thin. They are baked not fried. Now, aren't you glad you asked about this impossible request? Thanks for your help. There is a place in Rio that makes the best and just thinking about it makes me terribly homesick. Oh well... btw, even though I had them in Brazil, they are Lebanese.
