EXCELLENT HOT CEREAL
Combine 1/3 cup each: (use whole grains)
Brown rice
Millet
Rye
Oats
Wheat
Flax
Mix thoroughly in crock pot. Add 4 3/4 cups water and cook on low overnight (8-12 hours)
You can buy whole grains at most health food stores. This cereal is tasty and very inexpensive to make. Leftovers heat nicely in the microwave.
