STRAWBERRY ANGEL FREEZE Bottom Crust and Topping: Mix together the following: 1 Cup Flour 1/2 Cup Butter 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar 4 oz pkg of Sliced Almonds Spread the above mixture onto a Cookie Sheet... place in 350 degree oven and bake until light golden brown...(sorry don't have the minutes) Use half of this mixture and LINE a 9 x 13 Pan (9 x 13 Should be FREEZER SAFE) In LARGE MIXING BOWL Combine the following: 2 pkgs of Frozen Strawberries 1 cup of Sugar 2 Egg Whites 1 tsp of Vanilla WHIP THE ABOVE TOGETHER AT HIGH SPEED FOR 20 MINUTES. Separately, WHIP 1/2 pint of Whipping Cream. Fold WHIPPED Cream into strawberry mixture and pour over crust in 9 x 13 pan. Top with remaining crumbled topping and FREEZE. Enjoy...... Linda
