When I was pregnant with my daughter I ate this on a daily basis and still make it as a quick salad for picnics, etc. It is very simple.

Broccoli with Lemon

Steam or blance broccoli until al dente and rinse in cold water
Mix lemon juice, fresh garlic and olive oil (I tend to go heavy on the lemon juice and light on the olive oil)
Pour the dressing over the broccoli
EAT
