Here's my favorite: Chocolate Dream Dessert 1 Pkg. semisweet choc chips 2 T water 2 Pkg extra firm silken tofu 3 T raspberry jam 1 t vanilla 1 graham cracker pie crust Whipped Cream for garnish Melt chocolate chips in double boiler or in microwave. Blend Tofu with water in blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients and process at high speed for 2 min. Pour into pie crust and refrigerate 1-2 hours. Serves 10.
