Never been to an Olive Garden restaurant.Maybe something like this. 8oz.vermicelli,uncooked 11/2 cups commercial Italian salad dressing,divided 3 cups cooked,deveined shrimp 1 (10 Oz.)package frozen snow pea pods,thawed 15 fresh mushrooms,sliced 3/4 cup pine nuts 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley 1/4 teaspoon pepper 12 cherry tomatoes,halved cook pasta per package directions; drain. rinse with cold water; drain.Combine pasta and 1/2 cup salad dressing;toss to coat;cover and chill 3 hours. Combine shrimp,remaining 1 cup salad dressing,snow peas and remaining ingredients except tomatoes,tossing well;cover and chill 3 hours. When ready to serve,combine pasta mixture,shrimp mixture and cherry tomatoes,tossing well. Yield: 6 servings
